This is the first post in a series about the changes we've seen take place in Kutaisi in the last 16 months or so.
We'll start with pictures and Amy will add more text about what is implied by them later.

Are those some sort of super-secret Georgian robot? I notice the one on the top had a rather menacing red eye, perhaps for intimidating enemies?
