The New Adventures of Amy and Tom

After a year and a half of watching my host mother Sopo make beautiful cakes, I finally made one she would be proud of. I made this carrot cake for Thanksgiving and decorated it according to what I've watched Sopo do a hundred times.

I hope it tasted as good at it looked!
