Yes. It is. In Kutaisi, water comes to houses about three times a week. When it comes, you plug in your pump and 'catch' enough water in your personal tank to last until it comes again. Folks use all sorts of things for their personal water tanks, old torpedos are quite popular, however, until now, I hadn't seen one with the fins still on.
