I had a few minutes left on at the internet cafe after working on a project and I happened to click over to Cleveland.com. I read about the flooding at home! To those we know affected, please know are thoughts are with you. We wish we could be there to help.

Hey, Everything here is a bit soggy but on the Schreiber side things seem to be pretty dry. Mom & Dad's basement stayed dry and my usual spots got wet but for the sump pumps kept up. The Moniot's basement is dry also. (Mom just called to check because that's where all your stuff is.)
Just to give you an idea how high the water was... Route 2 was closed because the water crested the bridge over the river. The little trailer park on the side of Route 2 is pretty much gone. Casement Golf Course was completely underwater. My backyard was completely underwater all the way up to the house. At the deepest part by the neighbors it was knee deep.
But all of the water has receeded and clean-up has begun. Lots of damage, like I have never seen before, but everyone I know is safe and that is what matters.
