While at the Natural History Museum, we snapped a couple of shots of Georgia on various globes. I'm going to try to incorporate at least one of these into the permanent blog design.
We are pretty impressed with just how dramatic the Caucasus mountains appear on this giant topographical globe. They look spectacular molded in plastic here. Just 7 days until we see them in person, and 4 days until we leave for staging.

have been thinking of you all weekend (while moveing Aunt Sally AGAIN!) ~~ all set for the adventure of a lifetime.
