We've just completed our second day of staging. For those who know us well, you can imagine us and 54 others like us, sitting in a hotel conference room learning about Peace Corps and what to expect in the next few days.
Tomorrow morning we fly to Georgia through Vienna. I'm afraid we may be out of blog range for sometime, as we fly and then settle in to our training.
We are both incredibly excited at this point. We've been smiling for two days.

hope you got to oldtown Philly ~~ 2 of the best vacations Rick & I ever had were there ~~~ & I went back by myself to see Phillies in last season of old ballpark. Chicago in Aug to see both Cubs(Pirates) & Sox(Yankees)

Well-we got the message that you called. Glad that everything is going well. Just wanted to remind you of what one wise fan said at the Captains game when we were there "When the going gets tough, the tough get drunk!" Here's hoping the going doesn't get too tough, but that you enjoy every minute. We'll be praying that no pickle on a donkey is needed. Love you and miss you!
