The New Adventures of Amy and Tom

The going-away party weekend was tremendous fun. We feel so grateful and so honored that so many attended. I'm having a difficult time picking just a few pictures to share from the festivities, so you'll get us hugging a giant ice cream code instead.

2 weeks from today. Wow.

Wow guys we almost had too much fun. We enjoyed meeting all of your friends and family, and Geneva-on-the-lake rules!! I still haven't taken off the fabulous beaded friendship bracelets we won with our mad skee-ball skills, Amy! On the drive home, we lamented the fact that we didn't get together with you two more often before your departure. Isn't that always the way. At least we'll always have geneva! Thanks for inviting us. And thanks to all of your family members for hosting us.

Congrats to you two! I wish I could have been there, but then of course my father-in-law will have felt shorted (we visited family in Maine this weekend)...

Then I got sick with some weird type of viral rheumatic fever thing. I had 102 temp and tried not to move all weekend. I was really sad that I couldn't make it. I hope you had a wonderful time. I'll try and get in touch soon! Love, Lauren
