I'll post pictures soon, but Amy and I have secured a home. It's:
1900 Euclid Avenue Apt. 701
Cleveland, OH, 44115
(for those of you keeping score at home)
It's a beautiful place just a few blocks from both of our offices. Most striking about it is the lake view. We adore watching the sunsets from our living room.
Our leases in the old places don't expire for awhile, so we are actually living in 3 apartments until the end of August. It's nice to be moving at our own pace but we are anxious to have our stuff in there.
If your really interested, here is the floorplan.
In other news:
Last night we took a break from the moving and just sat up on the rooftop deck of my old apartment. The Cleveland Orchestra plays a free outdoor concert every 4th of July, so we relaxed and listened to the world class music drifting up from the street below. We stayed up to watch the fireworks display that followed. It's so nice to live in a city like this. Sometimes you don't even have to go to the culture. Sometimes the culture comes right to you.
Amy is very busy at work. There is some turnover in her office and she is going to get certification training later this month. (She'll be licensed to sell insurance in Ohio)
She's also working with a dear friend of ours on the invitations, which will be going out soon. I'm helping too, I promise, mostly in a 'go get addresses' capacity.
